How an application works

    Requirements and fees

    Review the official document list and fee schedule for the selected service, then acknowledge the requirements.

    Form and documents

    Organization particulars are prefilled where possible. Upload the required supporting papers in PDF, JPG, or PNG.

    Payment record

    Enter the method, amount, date, bank, and reference, and attach the payment slip. There is no online payment gateway on this portal.

    Review and submit

    Check the completeness list, save a draft, or submit when every required item is complete.

What you need

  • An activated account. Register with your official email and verify the one-time password sent to that inbox.
  • Organization profile. Select one of the 14 BSEC registration types and enter particulars such as address, TIN, and type-specific fields.
  • Supporting documents. Typical files include RJSC papers, board resolutions, financial statements, CIB undertakings, and service-specific checklists.
  • Payment evidence. Application, registration, annual, or renewal fees are paid through the official BSEC channel, then recorded here with a slip.

This platform is for market intermediaries applying for BSEC registration or renewal. The first user who creates the organization becomes the organization administrator and can add other users.
